At Digitalinz, we strive to provide high-quality digital ebooks and a smooth purchasing experience.

Because our products are digital downloads, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.


1. No Refunds for Downloaded Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the ebook has been:

  • Downloaded, or
  • Accessed from the customer account.

This policy prevents abuse such as downloading content and requesting refunds afterward.


2. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • The ebook file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working replacement
  • You did not receive the download link after purchase

In such cases, we will either:

  • Provide a replacement download, or
  • Issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Lack of knowledge about file formats
  • Device compatibility issues
  • Failure to read product descriptions before purchasing
